About Linda S. Bell, REALTOR®
 Graduate of REALTOR® Institute (GRI)
Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES)
Member of Master of Real Estate Society
(928) 486-1884

In 2001 Linda moved from Illinois to Lake Havasu City, with her husband, Jerry, and son, Jonathan. She went to work with McCulloch Realty, and eventually became a licensed agent. In October of 2004 McCulloch Realty was bought out by Colwell Banker, where she works today.
Linda is a full-time agent, and believes that as a professional, it is her responsibility to make every effort to meet the needs of her clients. She is continually pursuing additional real estate education, beyond the minimum state requirements.  Already she has earned her GRI (Graduate of REALTOR® Institute), ABR (Accredited Buyer's Representative).  SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist), and has earned a membership in the Master of Real Estate Society.
Linda tries to spend her free time with family and friends, while enjoying her Havasu home. Linda brought with her from Illinois a love of gardening.  While her yard in Havasu is much smaller than the acre plus parcel she left behind, she loves Havasu’s year-round outdoor living.  She and Jerry often entertain poolside with friends, enjoying the casual southwest lifestyle.
They also enjoy exploring the rugged desert terrain that surrounds their community.   With the Havasu friends they’ve met, they take frequent Jeep rides, during the non-summer months. They’ve discovering local waterfalls, desert ruins and much more.  Yet, they are always mindful of the need to respect the local environment, and urge all 4-Wheelers to help preserve the desert for future generations.
